Summerville High School Swim Team Information and Guidelines Fall 2012

First practice - July 30th, 2012 at 7:45 am - 10 am at Newington Pool.
We will practice at the same time for the first week (M-F).

Bring the following forms to the first practice:

-physical form signed by a doctor (SWIMMER CANNOT PRACTICE UNTIL THIS IS IN).

-birth certificate

-2011-2012 report card (copy is fine)

-signed athlete pledge (Pick up at school or from the coach. Can (Continued...)
